Shoreland Access join the team at Bradford City FC
Bradford City Football Club proudly unveiled their latest signings recently, as Shoreland Access took to the hallowed turf of the Coral Windows Stadium to carry out essential remedial works required on the famous Valley Parade site. 


Shoreland’s Rope Access Manager, Jack Miles, explains “The project was actually several rolled into one.
“The biggest task was the de-rigging and then the re-rigging of the Stadium’s PA system”.
The PA system in question consists of 18 x cabinet speakers each weighing in at approx. 45 Kilos each and reside 80ft above the pitch resting underneath the overhanging canopies of each stand.
Mr Miles continued, “We were also charged with several roofing repairs on the North and West stands as well as some partial structural surveying.”

If you plan on staying at the Holiday Inn, London Heathrow M4, J4 anytime soon – be careful when you draw back the curtains in your hotel room as there is a very real possibility of you being greeted by a Shoreland Access Rope Technician! 


Our team are on-site as part of an on-going building &window cleaning project of the 10 storey, 617 bedroom Hotel.   The building is protected by a white all weather coating system which our technicians are tasked with cleaning every inch of.
As part of our contract with the InterContinental Hotel Group you will be able to see our teams working on Hotel’s all around and inside the Nation’s Capital and across the UK.
Gone with the EON Wind Turbines
Shoreland Access is currently engaged in works on 2 EON Wind Turbines, located approx. ½ a mile off the Port of Blyth, Northumberland. 
Work is currently being carried out on T1 and T2 by Shoreland Access NDT Inspectors and Rope Access Technicians.

                       

Shoreland Access is one of the few UK companies capable of undertaking such work through their Germanischer Lloyd qualified Blade Inspection and Repair team. 
Works being carried out include corrosion works to gantries, removal and scaling of loose rust, treatment of corrosive resistant paint. 
In addition to this a complete turbine blade inspection Survey checking for integrity defects is currently underway.
